2013 Building Commissioning Survey by PECI and BCA

According to the 2013 Building Commissioning Survey by PECI and BCA, 51% of those surveyed stated that implementing an ongoing/monitoring based commissioning plan was the most effective method they had found to ensuring persistence. 51% of those surveyed also stated that they thought they would need to increase the use of analytic tools, simulation and other software to comply with new building codes.

Functional Performance Testing
